| Swatch寻找PK设计师 [2009-7-2] | 来自showone的一次创作比赛.
原文如下:
各位优秀设计师们:
具体情况是这样的,我们的客户-SWATCH,正在与MTV联合举办一个全球设计师创作比赛.在中国地区,将会分别在北京,上海,广州3个城市举行一次路演,也就是邀请一些设计师现场创作作品,以1对1 PK的形式进行.
1.具体表演时间地点: 7月31日 上海来福士 ; 8月7日 北京大悦城;8月14日 广州天河城.
2.具体表现形式:基本上会是在帆布画布上进行图形创作。而不会是电脑上创作。
3.每场PK会控制在1个小时内.
4.出场费,每位设计师保证保底3K,更高的费用可以自己开.1对1胜出的那位可以得到额外的奖励,具体多少未定,但是肯定不低于1W.
5.每个城市需要6位设计师,也就是总共18位设计师,所以请大家踊跃报名.

| 一篇没落的日记 [2009-6-28] | 07年已经看似遥远了。
日记如下：
说起博客,也玩了3/4年了,很方便,常常能自我膨胀下,说话能变的自由,人就能觉得活着满精神的.
刚开始还很新奇,天天写,看到啥好的都放进去了,真的是记了事情,录了精彩,还不漏下跟自己算些小帐.
今天是2007年的4月5日,上海还很清凉,喜欢骑车到处溜达,路边的很多枝干都挺起来了,有了一抹绿,心情忽然就舒畅了,春风一片,满面春.上海交通越来越拥挤,路上免不了耳朵的埋怨,公交车上的人无辜的瞪着我看,前面一个红灯,嘎吱一声,停了,里头的人越发的无聊,开始有人剥起指甲,还有个挤在车门玻璃面上的小哥,自我打发,带着耳机PSP.
小时侯上课,被老师叫到回答问题,开小差的人不在少数,不是课堂太无聊,而且窗外太精彩,总是有上体育课的,在外头倒腾,天气那么的好,还有他们兴奋的声音,远一下,近一下的.问题自然是答不上来,老师大喝:带没带耳朵来,刚刚讲过一遍,还没记进去……

| Artists : Carrie Marill [2009-6-19] | Carrie Marill received her BA in 2002 from San Francisco State University, and her MFA in painting from Cornell University in 2004. Marill's work has been published in New American Paintings, Wired Magazine, Southwest Art, The New Times, LA weekly and LA Times. Her work has been exhibited throughout the United States in California, New York, Seattle, Miami, Texas, and Arizona.
A Dream World Glimmers In The Background Of The Soul

Growing up with a strong relationship to the natural environment I developed a heightened awareness of the conflict between human systems and ecological systems. Through my interest in science (particularly theoretical physics, the String Theory work of Brian Greene, evolutionary biology and the work of Charles Darwin and Darwinian geneticist Steve Jones) I have been inspired by the interconnectedness of matter, especially as it is manifested in ecological systems; specifically, systems impacted by humans in non-sustainable ways. At the heart of my work is the continuous human struggle to reconcile the tensions between the natural world, art, science and lived experience. My artwork over the past five years has explored these tensions through paintings and drawings that contrast the kineticism of the natural “living” world with the static “inanimate” depictions of natural history illustration.
